MAIN ACTIVITIES:

– Provide guidance on immigration regularization to the immigrant public who seeks the service spontaneously or on a scheduled basis.
– Provide guidance on forms of migration regularization in Brazil, assist in preparing the documentation required by the competent bodies, as well as carry out scheduling on the corresponding platforms.
– Liaise with the technical team and other services for assistance, when necessary.
– Record information regarding the service.
– Carry out free translations of informative materials for the immigrant public when requested.
– Participate in activities, internal meetings and training relating to migration issues and related areas such as gender, sexuality, rights
humans, among others, when requested.
