Opportunity Responsibilities

• Develop and implement inspection and testing plans to ensure product compliance with established quality standards;
• Supervise the team of quality inspectors, guiding them and monitoring the performance of their activities;
• Analyze data and quality indicators, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing corrective actions;
• Collaborate in the preparation of technical documentation, such as procedures, work instructions, and reports;
• To act as a focal point for quality-related issues, providing support to other areas of the company.

Requirements

• Prior experience of at least 3 years working as a Quality Supervisor or similar role;
• Solid knowledge of quality management tools and techniques, such as PDCA, 5S, and Six Sigma;
• Excellent leadership, communication, and teamwork skills;
• Proactive, problem-solving skills, and results-oriented.

Training

• Completed higher education in areas such as Engineering, Chemistry, or Quality Control;
Time:

Morning Shift - Monday to Friday (7:00 AM to 4:40 PM).

Local:

Vila Maria (Jardim Japão) – SP (North Zone).
